This new Mermaid's name is (as you can see) Chouchou Stage Debut, Tirua. Her effect is a little blurry but you can make it out. The most important part for me is the requirement to have to reveal a card with Chouchou to get an extra draw, also you need to Gear Chronicle a rearguard. Which either means that the playstyle of Chouchou is more early base or most units can do stuff when they leave the RG (which would be weird). Chouchou is gonna be a new sub-clan (archetype whatever). I like how Bushiroad is pushing players to use the Keyword units more than ever before (e.g. Amaruda, Scharhrot, Shiranui etc) which obviously tells us that Chouchou is a deck that you can have 100% of Chouchou's in your deck which makes Tirua super consistent. Now the next part is the fact she can make you stride for free by doing what Bermuda does, or what Chouchou does. A stride skill does what a clan or sub-clan usually does most, like how Fenrir is mandatory a soulcharge so you can pay the cost for Soulblasts which helps Genesis. Luard also calls Grade 1 units which can be sacked off later on. So, maybe Chouchou as a whole requires you to run Chouchou units to be able to kick off effects. Also, the fact you only need one or less rearguards to stride for free may also make us assume that Chouchou requires you to send units to the bottom of the deck for later on or maybe it makes you bounce units to reveal the top card of deck and if it was a Chouchou card, add it to your hand and draw 1 card or things like that. This is just one card so ehhhhhhhh? We'll just have to see what Chouchou gets later on I guess.
